Care Credit

Hi all. I had a care credit account about 10 years ago when it was under GE bank/money. I fell on some really hard times and couldn't pay it. It was charged off I believe. It is no where on my credit report.
My question is: will this keep me from getting any other Synchrony cards? I need a lowes card.

Scores are all above 630. No late payments on credit report. Two very small collections, $100 or less.

I don't believe that one specific piece of information will stop you from getting a Lowes card...  I DO believe that a 630 score will.  

Is that a Trans Union Fico 8 score?

Get that up to 660, THEN apply for Lowes.
