Discover has "cash over"
Walmart has "quick cash"
I noticed recently that even my Wmt Discover has the "cash over" option too, even though it backed by GECRB.
Walmart charges no interest if pif on "quick cash". Idk about Discover since my apr is 0% on everything for like 15 mos. I think it only matters if you're taking like thousand dollar advances.. Or if you do it regularly. With Discover and Wmt Discover though... Cash is comvenient to get... So not necessarily a red flag.
