Alphaeon Credit is through Comenity Bank.
I have one baddie, which is Midland Funding, I just can't shake these people (Moderator edit) - this coming October will be my two year mark, I'll be able to pay and they'll remove it since they remove after two years with payment.
Good accounts: $400 credit card limit, 5 months of on time payment - 0 balance. $5000 limit with My jewelers club 2 months of on time payment - I'm an authorized user under two of my boyfriend's credit cards $8,000 limit low balance and 8 months of on time payment and another one $10,000 limit 2 years of on time payments.
My score is 708 right now. Is it worth applying?

What score (generated where)?
CreditKarma Trans and Equifax
That score is based on VantageScore 3 & is best for monitoring...not real world accuracy. I would not use that as a reliable score to base apping for cards on. Do you know your Fico scores?

Something to think about:
If you pay or settle with Midland, they will delete the collection if the DOFD is at least 2 years. So depending on the amount of the debt it might be worth it.

I would not open any account with Comenity - none, zero, zip.
Do a search on Comenity closing accounts - its a common subject.

Agreed. I will not touch Comenity. Think of them as credit cancer.
