The group that will be critically affected by this would be slickdealers. 

 

I've seen them buy LG OLED TV from a reputable vendor and price match it to a shady bait and switch website. They all got $500 off the tv. 

 

I don't think this is a deal breaker at all. If you're legitimate, you will rarely ever see more than $200 price drop on something you bought in the past 60 days. $1,000 yearly cap doesn't seem too bad either. That's still heck of a deal you're getting out of a free card.

 

If there is something that is a little stingy, that would be the price rewind duration. 60 days seems a little short but then again, citi price rewind is still uncontested.
