Changing Barclay Apple card

Hello, 

Last week, to earn better points, I switched my regular Chase visa (from 2006) into the Chase Freedom, same card number, same balance, same limit, just new card with new rewards... no fee or anything, not sure what this is called but I would like to do this same thing with my Barclay account, which is currently an Apple card, with a balance of 3500 of 4500...

Is this a possible switch within the Barclay card family?

Yes it is possible but it is not easy for sure. First how long did you have it?  A year would get you changed but you have to fight for it. If your balance is still that high. Chances are no. But try it. Best results have been thru Facebook.
