There are some people who ring day after day or a few days inbetween and finally reach someone who will approve the new card, but I would just choose one and apply again later if you really want it.

I got chase freedom 1 years ago. I will move to different place at the end of the August. I am afraid of my credit record if I move to new place. In addition, I want to move my Freedom point to URP cause it worth more money. But ur advice must be my only choice. Hard to find any reason to debate
