Chase 5/24 - When is a card > 24?

I'm currently at 5/24 with the oldest of the 5 being a Chase card I got in 2/18 (TU and EX both show the same day of the month.) However, the account didn't first report until 3/18 when the first statement cut. When does Chase no longer consider this card part of the 5?

Thank you! Smiley Happy

Once it has been two years since you OPENED the account, that card will no longer count toward the 5/24.

So I would think that February of this year would count as two years.

It will be two years old 02/18/20.

For application purposes, I'd wait till the following month, which is only 10 days in your case

Some have had success applying a day after cards reaches two years, but I personally wouldn't risk a denial over 10 days

I think OP meant 2/18 to mean Feb 2018 rather than a specific day, but otherwise I agree.  Apply in March 2020 to be safe.

Pretty much knows its 2 yrs to the day it is opened. I waited one week past this mark to app for my CSP in 17 and had no problem with 5/24.

Re: Chase 5/24 - When is a card > 24?

I figure I'd jump in on this thread to confirm I'm under 5/24 at 7/13/2020. Here are my last 5 card open dates:

7/13/2018: CSP
4/25/2019: Dell Preferred Account
8/8/2019: Discover
8/8/2019: PSECU
8/23/2019: Amex HH

Every once in a while I'll over think it and convince myself that I won't be 4/24 until 4/25/2021. But I only need to be under 5/24, which should begin right after the 5th most recent card.
