No it's not all new trade lines, just credit cards.

I have more than 5 new non-credit tradelines in the past 2 years, including credit cards, mortfage, heloc, car loan, but I've been approved for both the CSP and Freedom since opening those accounts and having them report because I haven't had more than 5 new credit card accounts in the past 2 years.
