Chase CC Payment and the $1 Int

When making my last payment to Chase for $29.99 which was the leftover balance after the previous month how do I pay in full including the min int to show a zero balance? When paying online the account doesn't let me pay more than the full balance and then the min. int. hits the next month.

Pay it through your bank's billpay system or in branch.
