As I am about to PC to the CSR, I would like clarification on the no points part, though. I’m okay if $300 doesn’t earn 3 URs or even 1 UR, but does that mean that, for example, a $1000 airline charge will only earn points on $700, or does that mean that no portion of any charge that qualifies for reimbursement (even if only partially) will earn points?
Best guess without SM-ing Chase is the first $300 will earn no rewards at all and once that credit is used up it's business as usual. They'll probably do it where the credit applied will just take back the points earned when the $300 credit is applied like a negative clawback.

My math is saying that no more UR for the $300 credit is going to cost customers about $13.50 per year ( ( 300 x 3 ) x 1.5 ) = 13.5
Priority Pass change doesn't bother me at all.
Price Protection was nice to have although I never used it.

I'm pretty much in agreement with this. The loss of 900 UR points is insignificant in the grand scheme of things, I only activated my PP last week by stumbling on to it on the Chase page (and plan on never using it), and not once used price protection on any credit card, nevermind the CSR which only ever sees dining/travel spend.
