Chase is now giving 5% cash back to a top spend category for this quarter in addition to the rotating categories
That's a nice bonus!
Yes it is. Maybe they're trying to compete with the Custom Cash card in this quarter
This is all kinds of awesome!
Thanks for the info.

Definitely sounds like it. Competition is heating up!

I would say so.. Chase's categories are EXACTLY the same as the Custom Cash....
Okies, Chase, have more of my monies if you want
The Custom Cash rollout must have been a pretty good one for Chase to do this.
I'm hoping they dump the rotating categories and make the Flex just like the Custom Cash.
Well, it will make it easier to round out the $1,500 spend.
Right now I would get gas at 9%, as I doubt any other category would fit as PayPal also.
This does need to be weighed vs Custom Cash, as yes, the categories compete.
An interesting problem to sort out
If anyone had a sizeable home improvement project they could order material/appliances online, PayPal would stack.
Any Travel reservations online would stack.
And anyone who regularly orders food online, this would also stack.
FFlex is already on my TO-DO list, but this certainly strengthens its weight....I hope Chase continues with these kind of promos...
And @JNA1 ........stop it. I know what's going on in that head right now.
