Does anyone see it in their account? Not sure if it's for everyone or it's targetted. I know the article says you just need to activate q4, but I see no signs of the 5% bonus on top spend category
It is on the Chase website, but not in the individual account.
Not sure whether it counts Amazon as a top purchase.
Also, Paypal Key still gives comming soon and not available messages. I tried every possible way but no luck to get a PPK
Kinda funny how obvious this is a reaction to the Citi Custom Cash.
Does this stack on top of the +2% on dining or drugstores?
If so I'll be making a lot more trips to CVS for 11% back.

Amazon doesn't fall into any of those categories.
I was guessing also, due to the rumors on the upcoming divorce...
A bit disappointed that this offer isn't extended to the Visa. If this Citi model works out for Chase and we see this happen again, I think the case is stronger for remaining Visa to Flex PC's. (I'm still hanging on to mine for Costco use, but Affinity and Safe CU are steadily making that an unnecessary concern)
Additional thought: Would be interesting to see in the future if the highest spend category model becomes adopted on the Flex, with the Visa retaining the original assigned categories, similar to the Dividend vs Custom Cash. The Visa already being unavailable for new applications, hmmm.
I'll always take addtional rewards for spend I'm already making otherwise! I just wish Chase had told us about this sooner, so I could have optimized my spend a bit better. Looks like I'll be getting 7X on Dining and 5X on Paypal this quarter. As I'm typing this out, I'm realizing what a first world problem this is.

Where?
I'm seeing talk about this everywhere except for the Chase website.

How? I would think it was 3% for drug store + 5% for most common category, making 8%

1% base
2% drugstore category bonus
4% Q4 top category bonus
4% Q4 PayPal bonus (I pay with the app at checkout)
11% total
