I tried today, ans the day was patient, asked me personal information and after 7 mins(exactly) said the good news.. Approved for Chase Freedom $1200!!!!! Thanks for your advice guys...... My next goal is CSP since I will travel abroad this year end and need a travel card..

I planning to apply for CSP. How long I should wait to apply for it..
You guys are awesome. With your advice I am able to convert 2 declines into approvals in the space of 3 days..
congrats!
you truly are a fearless dragon
imo, you shouldn't have any problem if you choose to close the BofA secured card
Wow... That's persistence. Stories like this make me that much more thankful that I got an instant online approval for my Chase Freedom (and that's because they pulled EX, which was the most favorable of my reports at the time).
Congrats man.
Thanks guys!!!! Without your help this is not possible.. I was so worried that I have to wait for around a year to apply again, because thats what the first 4 people said... Can anyone tell me how long I should wait for applying CSP, because I will be traveling to Asia this December and I need a good travel card.
I wouldn't jump the gun on apping for the CSP card considering how many times you had to recon with the freedom. Lenders like to see a lot of good payment history before they consider extending a second line of credit to you and your second credit line will be significantly lower. You may want to consider doing a PC with your Freedom card but IMO, the freedom card is the best card in their line up.
Secured BOA is my first CC. Got in Dec end 2012. I applied for Unsecured one on Apr 3rd and got declined.. Approved after recon on Apr 24th..
use the freedom for about a year, and your chances for the CSP should be good if you keep utilization and everything thing else on your CR.
Use your Freedom a lot too. Chase likes to see heavy usage.
