1. if you have online bill pay from your bank you can do that as many times as you want. trust me they will take your money! as for in the chase website i believe once.
2. im sure it is ymmv. ive maxxed out my limit almost every month since july (no auto cli) and im not calling ethier
3. and not sure i have not but usually they do an intro apr. mine is first year is 0% and after its like 18.99 or something in that area.
but id go for a apr request at the same time you ask for a cli if you do so you can only take one hard pull.
when i apped for this card i only had one "real" cc on my reports and i just got it that month. even though i had a year and a half of perfect payment history on two cards they dont take into consideration "store" cards. since then ive gained a couple 3k+ cards and a 5k card.
if you utuilize your cards and make payments on time im sure they will treat you right.

like i said i recently got a 5k card and will let it report for a few months. but would love chase to match it. plus ill be using it for the 5% gas and starbucks.

Chase will pull you again though, unless you get a rep who is very understanding. Auto CLI are very small at that limit as well.

like stated in other threads chase doesnt take into account store cards.
i dont plan on asking for a cli until july/august. since i got my freedom ive added a 5k, and a 2k cc that will be reporting for a year and the 5k for 6 months. i just figured they matched my current card limit which the only cc i had was a 500. i was denied in feb for a chase card but cant remember which one i applied for.
