Just thought I'd share that I called the EO at Chase and asked if they would convert my standard Freedom to a Visa Signature, it took a few days but they did make the conversion, so now I am fortunate to have 2 Visa Signature cards with Chase.

Congrats. It took the EO to get my freedom signed as well. No love from the other reps, or the backdoor people. But the EO was prompt, polite, and helpful. Hopefully they don't get flooded like the folks over at Cap1. I have a funny feeling that particular trick is wearing out.
Congratulations!
What does EO mean?
Executive Office for Chase. Numbers listed at top of page under backdoor numbers
I don't think a call to the EO office was necessary for the signature conversion. I've read some people doing it by calling the number on the back of their card. Congrats tho!
How long did you have the card for before the conversion? I was told I would need to wait 12-13 months.

I had mine almost two years before I got the conversion. But that was the first time I called the EO about it.
