Have you tried to work with the OC? Have you determined who exactly owns the account?

OC? I dont quite understand what u just asked,  one was a ticket from the city I live in the other local hospital, and the other a storage company,  and they all use this local crappy collection company, bottom line the are just being a holes about this, they have been paid in full over two years ago,  everyone has been paid so they shouldnt act like this when it comes to taking this off my credit

yes alot of times you can work things out with the Original Creditor. I had one fraud acct(my only bad) on my cr and the OC put it in as fraud last week and will do something called charge back and remove from my credit record and CA will have nothing to report etc. maybe you can work something out with the OC as Collection Agencys are the devil

Don't look at it that way.

Look at it as ANOTHER opportunity opened up to you to correct a baddie, and improve your credit health.

I just disputed those baddies on Transunion, hopefully that Collection Agency slips up and ignores the disputes!!!
