Chase Marriott 100K SUB returns Part II

Seems the 100K offer is back again. For clarification would I need to have closed my Amex Biz card 90 days before applying in order to be eligible for this offer, or simply not have recieved a Bonvoy SUB in the last 24 months? 

The bonus is not available to you if you:

(2) are a current or previous cardmember of Marriott Bonvoy Business™ American Express® Card and received a new cardmember bonus or upgrade bonus in the last 24 months

No need to close your AMEX business BONVOY card to get this bonus, you're allowed to have both.  I applied and approved for the Chase Bonvoy last week and my 100K SUB is showing on my CHASE app. good luck
