Chase Marriott Bonvoy 100K offer..better than Amex offer?

So based on the fact that I can't get a Bonvoy from Amex since they say anyone with a Chase Ritz card is not eligible, this looks like a good card deal. I read all the fine print and having the Chase Ritz card is not a deal breaker. As for the 5/24 or any other rule, also not applicable to me. 

Anyone thinking of getting the card?  Just need to figure out which CR they will pull or else unlock all 3 CRs,

Hey guys,

You all might already know this, but I just saw 100K offer for the Boundless, which if I recall was 75K earlier this week.  They are matching the Brilliant sub.  Anyway,  here is the link.
