Chase Sapphire Customer Service for non-Sapphire cards
I have both a CSP and Freedom card with Chase. I have been a cardholder for both since February.
I have always had very good experiences when calling the specific Chase Sapphire phone number for customer service. They are always super nice, easy to understand, and extremely helpful.
For the Freedom customer service, I have had a different experience in interacting with customer service. They're not nearly as friendly and very hard to understand sometimes.
My question is if I called the Sapphire customer service, can / will they help me with issues regarding my Freedom card? If I could deal with them for questions, that would be ideal. I didn't know if Chase was strict about that and have it setup where you can only discuss your Sapphire card with that branch of their customer service.

Yes, the CSP customer service people will be happy to help you with your Freedom card. I used t do the same thing when I had my Ritz card, I would use their customer service people for all of my Chase cards.
