Chase Sapphire - Recon question

A small $1,000, My scores are around 700, last I checked it was 703 for EQ  and 723 for EX, Transunion says 709, but that's a FAKO which is what  Chase saw I'm pretty sure. I assume they have dropped as I've opened a few new accounts. I have a very limited credit history so I understand the low limit.

Yeah, I'm not asking for much either, just my foot in the door.  My Eq hasn't updated yet today so I was holding off yet. I'm still kind of mad about the punk I spoke to last night who was down right rude!

Yeah, my main reason for these cards is for long term to build a history, and try every 6 months for a CLI. I have no need for credit cards. Hopefully everything works out for you, even though it seems like it may take longer than you had hoped.

It's just such a game with them. Frustration starts to set in and you wonder if its even worth it at this point.

Yeah, I agree. It shouldn't be so hard to get a credit card. I would still keep up the fight, just because you already took the hard pull. Maybe try calling the executive office. 888-622-7547 They might be more on the ball.

Really? Is that the number you called?

Yes, although they did not make my decision, they just informed me that I was already approved. She was very nice and quick to tell me everything I needed to know. Maybe it will help out.

Can I ask what did you say/ask them when you called in?

I just told them I was calling about an app that was in review. I told them that I sent in the papers requested and I was told to call about it. She asked my information and looked it up and told me everything I needed to know.
