Chase Sign-Up Bonus?

When I signed up for my Chase Freedom card about a month ago, the bonus offer was $150 back after you spend $500 within the first three months. I have already hit the $500, and paid it off. How long does it take to receive the sign-up bonus? I'm not seeing anything on my home page about it nor am I seeing anything under my rewards section. Any information is appreciated!

Send a SM and see if they'll give you the $200 bonus. That was out around the same time.
