Chase Slate Mail Invitation / Online - APR Interesting Difference

I would love to hear any thoughts and if you have experienced same.

Received 3rd offer in Mail today to apply for Chase Slate - with APR 22.99% when using printed invitation code.

Logged onto and entered details into Pre-qualified Offers at Chase.com  - Was offered Slate there with a 17.99% APR

WOW  5% difference both cards otherwise have exact same benefits.

If you're interested, definitely go for the online one with the lower APR.
