Chase Trifecta Points Not Reporting?

I just got this little deal this month and when I look at my rewards history I'm not seeing anywhere that it lists the bonus 10 points per swipe or the 10% deal at the end of the year.  Am I looking at the wrong place or do I need to call them and figure out what is going on?

If I'm not mistaken, I believe it took mine a statement or two to report...However, Chase has top notch customer service, and they will be more than happy to look into it for you...

Agreed, it took nearly two months for the checking account to be linked to the freedom card.

When I opened up my account at Chase, they asked if I had a Chase account and I said I have a Freedom. After it was opened he came back and said "you know you get more bonus points on the Freedom when you have a Chase banking account? I went ahead and activated that for you" which leads me to believe you need to call and ask for it to be activated. Mine started to report those points instantly.

it takes 2-3 statements before its active. mine just activated this past statement which was my 3rd. i also got a $1k CLI as well. i requested $1k total limit but they gave me $1k brining me to $1500. maybe bcause i spent more then my limit each month and was making more the one payment. who knows.. but this is my highest limit major card now.

I called them and they said it would take 1 month to start reporting. They offered me 500 bonus points as a courtesy

tone CSR told me that. another told me i had to go into the branch and do it. the branch told me it would take 2-3 statements so i called back and another CSR told me it would take 2-3 months. it did take 2-3 months it just went into effect last satement. everything converts to a diffrent reward system

So after it converts, do you get rewarded for the transactions in the past 2-3 months, or do you basically miss out on 2-3 months of bonus points from the checking?

i think you do because one day i got over 1k points and i nor the csr knows where it came from
