Chase Waiving Fees

Chase is waiving and/or automatically refuding fees until November 1st for those in the areas affected by Hurricane Sandy (Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, NJ, NY, PA and DC areas).  I think that is great Customer Service! Smiley Happy

On the other hand, Captial One sent an email that said pretty much "We care....but call us and we'll see what we can do" Smiley Mad  First of all many people have no electricity, internet or access to their emails at this time, and won't for days, let alone trying to get a bill paid etc...! SMH!!!  They are horrible and really need to step it up!
