I charge alot on my Chase amazon card each month. You can get statement credits, deposited into Accounts (believe chase, but possibly others?) along with using to shop on amazon or gift cards I believe. I don't believe there is .a min threshold although can't be certain as I shop at Amazon alot and whenever I see it get over 25 back I just cash whatever I have out as a statement credit. They don't do increments which is nice as you can use it all. Hope this helps.
My understanding of it is it's just like their UR cards. You can redeem any time for any amount. Why not give it a try and attempt to redeem a trivial amount? https://www.chase.com/personal/credit-cards/amazon/redeem-rewards
I still haven't even received mine in the mail, so I can't confirm or deny.
edit: answer is below, needs to be $20.

To me, it looks like it should be redeemable whenever. But, yeah, if you want, give Chase a call or wait for someone who has done it to reply.
Chase was able to direct-deposit my Amazon rewards into an old Wells Fargo checking account I use to hold my cash back rewards.
There is a $20 minimum for direct deposit as well, but it doesn't have to be in increments of $20 (I transferred $22 last time).
