For some reason, my account isn't eligible for BT offers. Does Chase ever do any? My CSP has had one offer last year but none before or after. Just wondering if this is common with Chase.

I don't know for certain, but Chase has a product specifically designed for BT's, the Slate, unlike others (NFCU/DCU as examples) which seem to offer at random intervals across their cards.
Chase definitely has BT offers. I received a BT offer for my CSP that expires 2/28/2013 (they sent checks and emailed the offer). It is a 0% BT through 3/12/14 (14mos) with a BT fee of either $5 or 2% of transaction, whichever is higher.

I was offered a 0% for 12 months or 1.99% for 18 months with a 2% transfer/check fee.
Im sure a friendly phone call will get you taken care of.

Same thing here...I thought it was just me. Not that I mind because my APR is relatively high compared to other cards, but I do have a BT link on my account and whenever I click it, I'll see the "not eligible" notation.

If you don't have enough credit or your limit is low they won't offer anything. I called and asked once
My limit is over $5K and I have almost the full limit to use so this definitely wouldn't apply in my situation.

Hmmm....I have $15K in CL on 2 cards (CSP and JPM Select) with a $5K CLI coming up on JPM, and have the same response to the BT button selection, that it's not available at this time. Credit history goes back well over 20 years. As with anything credit related, I guess YMMV.
