I was logged into Chase to check on an ACH payment I made and noticed this:

Balance Transfer

My APR is 29.99%.  Yeah, I'll take some of that!

With your scores and credit history it is indeed astounding that they are not doing anything to retain you as a customer...

Whew!  I had to go back and look at my Chase account.  I have a Freedom MC and the interest rate is still 14.24%.   At least it is today.

I just got that message today, too, when I signed on.  When I clicked on it it said 'Balance Transfers are not available for your account at this time' even though there is a zero balance on this card.

yep.........they don't have a BT for my acts. at ths time either.........

Yep! Got the same message a month ago and there were none available at that time.
