When I had converted my WaMu MyPoints Visa to the Perfect I had asked the CSR if I would be getting a replacement card she told me no 
. I had waited a couple of days and went online and clicked on order replacement card and got it 7 days later
. Maybe if they are sending out the replacement cards via phone request wrong then try doing it online.
