Chase offers..how can you recall what you added to your cards

I’ve added a few offers from Chase to my Freedom, Sapphire and Marriott card but I can’t remember the offers.  Is there any way to see these again?  The CR wasn’t very helpful all they could see were the discounts once they posted based on the offer triggered...duh...I can see that🙄

I see the Chase offers on the iPhone app. They switch to say "Ready" when I've selected them.

The problem I have is remembering which ones I have used, since they don't drop off after fulfillment. So I make a point of adding them, then focusing on using them to block them out of my mind.
