Chase reallocating credit limit?

So I have a Chase Freedom Unlimited with $4.5k limit and a CSP with $8.9k limit. I want to move about $2k from my FU to CSP, should I contact chase via phone or via Secure Message? Anyone have any idea what the best way to do this would be?

SM is the easiest but, phone is the fastest.

I've done it both ways with Chase between several accounts, opening and closing.

Concur that phone is faster, Secure Message is 'easier' and they will allow it either way. 

Chase really seems to love that Secure Message thing.

Does reallocating limits trigger any kind of review?

I'm pretty sure there is no "review". I assume you mean a hard or soft pull? I would imagine both accounts need to be in good standing. If you're transferring most of a credit line or closing a card, you might consider leaving that line idle for a month for charges to clear. But there's no review for approval. You've already been approved for all the credit, just moving it around.

They were some posts last year indicated chase will do internal review when you request line allocation.
I don't remember call in or IM make difference or not.
Some people got AA
But that's rare, if you have nothing to worry about a quick account review, go ahead do it.
If you want to stay under radar, do not do it.

Trying to make that CSP a CSR? I may be looking to do that myself..

Did it last night through SM, took about 4 hours. My CSP now has 11k limit teehee now I just have to wait till 13th statement before I can upgrade to CSR
