For the members information.  This was a portion of the chat I had last night.

Me; Citi Executive / Advantage® World Elite Master Card, is this card hard to get ? And what credit

Bureau is used to evaluate credit ?

 

Jerry: The credit bureau is Equifax.

 

Jerry: However you can call our representative and check whether you can get Citi Executive or

Word Elite master card.

 

me;Ok, that is good. I will review my situation and the benefits for. I will ask when I call.

There's a 50:50 chance for Citi to pull either EQ or EX.

It seems more to be dependent on the area you are from than anything else.

It is quite a bad idea to trust everything CSRs say as well, especially a Citi CSR. Quite often they have no idea what they're doing / saying and the opposite happens.
