Citi 0% Promo Just In Time for Christmas

I got a promo offer from Citi today.  They are offering 0% financing through August 1, 2017 on my Simplicity card.  I followed the link they provided on the paper document and it registered.  This card came with 18 months 0% financing and now they're giving me 9 more months.  Did anyone else get this offer?  Site is:

Once a month I get a 0% or some other offer from Citi. They come so often now, I just tear them up while still in the envelope. And throw it in the trash.

My last one was a promo APR 5.99% on all new purchases till 8/01/2017. I haven't activated it.
