I've read here that Citi has a 2 apps in 8 days rule or maybe it's 2 cards of theirs in 8 days rule.
I haven't actually applied for anything, but my DP was converted today to the Costco Visa which generates a new card account number. I was wondering if that counts as one of the "2." Just wanted to know if I needed to wait 8 days. thanks
