My Citi AAdvantage cards get BT offers regularly, really nice offers for about 18 months 0% APR with a 5% fee.
The BT do not get miles.
Today I got an offer for earning 4,000 AAdvantage miles for making a BT of at least $6,000.
Interesting.
The fee, however, goes up to now be 5%, not 3%. So the miles cost about 3c each, or more if you BT more than $6,000.
