Just curious, what is your balance compared to your limit?  I have had my Citi card Since Nov.  When I clicked the button, I got a denial because of my balance $2900/$4000.  At least I didnt get a hard pull from it.

pdb723, if you filled out the form, they pull your credit report(s).

No form, just the instant denial based on balance.

I don't use this card a great deal--I only use it when I shop at Sam's Club.  I generally charge between $75-$150 monthly.  I also pay most of my balance before my statement cuts, leaving only a $7 balance showing on my statement date.

sigh...how come I never got one? My first initial credit line was $7300 when they issue me as a 0% interest card. Every time I check, there isnt an option for requesting a credit line increase

How long have you had the card? The link appears to show up every 3 months or so. I just backdoored my EX, and Citi softed me on 3/5, right before the link appeared.

If they softed me, why do they need to pull again!

FM, did they give you a CLI assuming that you clicked on the luv button?

I never think of checking for the "button" until one of these threads come along; so thanks.

Today I was increased by 3600 to 20000.

I use this card mildly but have occasionally had a balance of one to two thousand.

They are like clockwork. I have two other cards with them that usually show up about five days later.

I have had mine since November 2008. I have checked the button a few times, never seen it once. Does it come on for a few days? Pretty sure every 3 months?
