Now that I have had some coffee, I think I goofed, it was not sent by email,
I found it in the phone APP. under services >>>> rewards and offers.

I logged into my account on my laptop and the offer popped right up. Got 0% on my Dividend & DC (forgot how rough my Citi card APRs are lol) 
it's weird that they have two different expiration dates but I know Citi has been really pushing lately. In the last 2 weeks I've gotten all these offers on my Citi cards.
- 6.25% on Groceries and Fuel (Shell Mastercard, targeted offer)
- 6% on Dining (Citi DC, targetd offer)
- 0% temp APR on Dividend & DC
my Citi cards are pretty much getting all my spend right now lol
Nothing since 2014! Sure do feel the love? 
They wonder why I do not pick up on their other things? 
I activated my offer but I can't seem to find it represented anywhere under my account . I called Citi and the rep said she doesn't see the promotional offer either.
