I prequal for DC with the lowest possible, 15.xx% APR so maybe citi is relaxing it's intrest rates and will be easy for APR reductions.
My current Apr. on Citi DC is 15.24% and have a 3.99% promo expiring 7/1/19.
Had originally started @12.99% & 18 mth 0% 4yrs. ago, due to interest rate increases it's up to current rate.

I'm at 15.24%. I got my card November 2014. I had 15 months of 0% during which I paid the minimum. (I don't know how much I charged but I normally get pretty close to the credit limit on 0% deals.)
After that I always pay in full on the due date.
I've never asked for a rate decrease (since I PIF, the rate doesn't really concern me) but I have asked for CLIs several times (and been given some without asking) since this tends to be my primary card except for 5% bonus times or 0% deals with other cards.

I wonder if how old the account is plays into how low the APR will go?
My account hits 2 years in age in a couple of weeks just for a data point on that. Those with sub-15% APRs, it would be cool to hear how long you've had your DC account if you haven't mentioned it already.
In a couple of weeks when I hit 2 years of age on the account I'll try again for an APR reduction and if I get one perhaps I'll have identified a Citi APR reduction age threshold!
