I doubt I have their worst terms. My credit is good and the initial CL doesn't smack of worst terms. Mustang, I think explaining the Dodd-Frank act to your average Citi employee might be a waste of breath. Haha!
I might wait and see if I get the score in the mail as Chester did. If not, I could still try to call again and see if I find a more compentent CSR to speak to.
