I want to reach out to them after hitting a dead end with customer service on a recon.

If it's within 30 days, they do not do a HP - per both the EO and the credit analysts.  I have that in writing.

You may have that in writing but that's not their written policy. Other folks have reported a double HP after the reconsideration process both with or without success, regardless if it's been 30 days or not. Ultimately, it's a YEMV situation.

IIRC, they join the ranks of NFCU and Chase, yet it's better than a triple whammy from Capital One lol.
