I talked to CS today and got CLI and a new design for Citi Forward which has the Chip Technology. I also requested to talk to supervisor and was able to lower my APR to 14%. So don't hesitate to call them and ask for supervisor to get lower rate!!!
It's nice to have Forward Card with the chip. They also told me to check back in 6 months as they are still redesigning the card to be able to put picture and chip on the card!!!
