It says the same for me, but last I checked, I was still getting 5x points for bookstores.

 

I will be able to confirm in a few weeks. I just charged about $200 from Amazon on the Forward.

 

On another note, I have stopped receiving my 100 points per statement for staying under the CL and paying on time. Every time I call to ask, no one knows what I'm talking about. Has any one else noticed this? Its been almost 6 months since I've gotten it.

Guys, I repeat it has always said "at least 1 TY point" in the benefit builder.  Nothing has changed in that regard.

the account manager just gave me a call today to let me know the 5 points for the categories are now added onto my account. wow went so much faster and smoother than expected!

Lucky you, it took me a month to get it done. At least I brought them attention of the problem. We can literally sue them for this.

Mine says the same thing. This month I also noticed that my statement only printed the "base points" earned. I called Citi about this and spoke to 2 different reps, each who gave me a breakdown of the bonus points I heard this month (which sounded close to the normal 5%). This also makes sense when I compare my balance this month to that of last months. For some reason my statement didn't break it down though this month. Anyone else have this happen?

The 30k pts is only available for the regular citi forward, which they dont carry anymore. Maybe you should read the link before posting it. Also, the edited customer service is horrible they were trying to convince me that 5x600=600pts. After I heard that I was like "Are you edited kidding me, get me a person who speaks english and could do basic math!"
