Citi PC - from AA to Dividend college

Is it possible for me to PC from AA to dividend for college student?

I just called the CSR and they said I need to call "college department" ?

I do not believe you can switch your cobranded card into a Citi exclusive card like Dividend. Regardless, why not just the regular card?

I actually called them and they said they can switch my card to thank you card or dividend, 

however, they cannot switch me to dividend student. I need to call "college department" to do that. 

I am shopping at Groceries alot recently and I want the 5% for the 6 month...

5% on grocery for 6 months is new account offer. You have to open a new account to get that offer. PC won't get it, since you are an existing cardholder.
