Hi all, just wanted to share my experience with Citi and upgrading my Double Cash card. I Called Citi on 08/09/17 and asked the rep about upgrading my card from world to world elite mc and was told they did not have that capability & that mastercard periodically does reviews and if the account is eligible will upgrade it automatically. On 08/11/17 recieved an email advising that my account had been upgraded. I'm not sure if mastercard in fact did a randon review or if me calling in somehow triggered the rewiew which led to the upgrade but either way it worked, so might be worth a shot if anyone is considering it.
