Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

I requested a cli with Cotiback in January and June. It was declined but both were SPs. I requested one last month that was granted for 3.5K. It was a HP.

Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

I received an auto CLI from Chase 2 months ago and it was a SP. Customer initiated CLI requests are typically a HP.

Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

So in short, it sounds like Amex is the only one doing the SP's for the CLI's...

Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

Any time I have intiated a CLI with either one of these guys  it has resulted in a HP. If they auto CLI you , Im fairly certain that they just SP you

Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

I just had a CLI from Chase. The rep told me it would be a hard pull.

Re: Citi & Chase for CLI's

Chase is always HP unless you escalate your situation through abnormal channels. Citi can be either, but your safest bet if you want a SP is to do it over the phone and make sure the CSR knows exactly what you're talking about when you tell them not to proceed if it will be a hard pull. That's still not a 100% safety, but you stand a better chance than rolling the dice with the form on their website.
