Citi balance transfer question

I've had my Citi DP since July.  Last month, I paid off a $2000 BT that I made upon opening the card.  I still have 19 months left on my 0% BT offer and I am thinking about BT a personal loan to this card.  I have 31 months left on this loan.  I can pay it off in 13 months using this offer.  Will Citi freak out if my utilization on this card goes to 38%?  It will take me 4 months to get it under 29%.

I'm not worried about my installment category; I have an auto and student loans in good standing.

This is what would report in November:

Citi (after BT). 4635/12,400

Amex BCE.  0/6,000

Amex ED 0/16,600

Chase 0/3,000

Cap One QS 335/16,500

Discover 0/7000

Total util: <9%

Any concerns with Citi? Any concerns with Fico?

Thanks!

Re: Citi balance transfer question

I am pretty sure I had greater than 50% util on a Citi card several years ago. I had no issue, but I also had more than 10 years positive history with them.

Re: Citi balance transfer question

Since getting our overall utilization under 30%, both DW and I have both had BTs around 60-75% of limit on our Citi cards. Not only did we not have AA, we have also both got SP CLIs. You should be fine. Citi just doesn’t like to see you making minimum payments or having your overall utilization really high.
