Citi loves my loyalty,no cli but low apr offer

Got an email today stating as a loyal customer, i have an offer on my DC for a promotional 1.99% on purchases until 5/1/2019 . Must activate by 10/30/18.

Lol, i cant get a cli but at least its something haha. My normal apr is 20.74 and i pif when i use my DC

Have you hopped on chat or called them to see whether your account is eligible for a lower permanent APR?

Even if it's 1%, take it and keep doing so until you get it to a comfortable level and beyond anything higher than 20% 😁

Ya I hop on chat and have had multiple 4% drops on APR on some of my Citi cards.  One one day and did the same thing next day on same card and got another 4% drop... Strange they are lol

Not sure, just make sure pop-ups arent blocked?

Hey CC, yeah, allowed pop ups , used desktop and was able to chat. Agent made a note that when im eligble for a lower rate oll get an email or call. Took the promo rate for now not that ill use it . Better than nothing
