| Fees are something we all try to avoid and we are working to determine where they can be eliminated. You will no longer be charged an expedited payment fee if you need to make a last minute payment over the phone. We also removed the statement copy fee for past billing statement requests. |

| In addition, we want you to have flexibility to pay your account. When you use our AutoPay option, you can arrange to pay your minimum amount due, full monthly balance or other amount that you choose. |
