Citizen clear value

My wife got a mail offer for this card 18 months zero apr balance transfer

She's Thinking of excepting this offer I wonder does this bank ask for proof of

income can she included total household income?

She wants  to know to be ready?

Also is the credit line generous?

They did not ask me for POI when I got my cashback card.

Insofar as household income,  if for example you deposit your paycheck into a joint account or an account where your DW is named as an authorized user then she can legitimately include your income as household income with a straight face.

They aren't particularly generous with starting limits,  I'd put them roughly in the same league as Synchrony or Comenity MC/Visa i.e. it's unusual to get a SL more than around $8K +/-.

I was approved for $14,000 without any POI or ID requirements.

Re: Citizen clear value

My wife has been a stay at home mom for 12 years (our oldest is almost 12).  Only recently, now that our littlest is 5, has she gone back to work select part time (substitute teacher).  While I am usually the one applying for cards, sometimes she does (either I've applied too much or we want two of the same card, etc.) and all they have ever asked for is household income (i.e. mine, lol) and no proof.
