Re: Closed 4 accounts today left with 1.

I welcome everyones advice which could be helpful for me deciding if I am doing something wrong. But some members here act like they work or own these banks and take it personally.Smiley Happy

Well....Yes, I think you made a big mistake.

What happens if you ever travel away from home and you lose your credit card or it is declined for some reason? You will have to stop whatever you are doing and get the card turned back on no matter what it takes.

It happened to me on vacation. Lost my BoA card. (I think that I dropped it in a restaurant.) I just called BoA, told them I lost it and switched to another card. My new BoA card showed up in the mail a day after I returned from vacation. Easy for me. You have a ruined vacation.

Lots of time.  You must work in Penfed's card printing department.

Great facts. I already decided to reopen 1 or 2 of them as mentioned earlier. Nixon any advice which one(s)?

Sallie Mae, DoubleCash mostly for the rewards.

Maybe shoot them a SM about lowering your APR while you're at it.
