WF had been terrible to me.
I logged in to make a payment to my credit card and was charged a $15 "transfer fee" 4 days later. I called and asked what happened because that shouldn't have happened as I was making a PAYMENT. Not transferring funds in between accounts. I was literally paying a bill. I called them confused asking for a refund, 5they only offered me half. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor wouldn't budge on his offer. Decided enough was enough. I value my hard earned cash and I don't think I should be charged for paying what I owed. Absolutely ridiculous.
I made a follow up call to recon with them and they still declined me. Going into the bank tomorrow to withdraw ALL of the funds and start anew elsewhere.
